负结果:mesh 内部统计不足以判断 repair 是否保持几何,需要视角重投影一致性

A16 试图解决 A15 的核心遗留问题:repair/topology candidate 虽然能提高水密率并降低面片数,但可能带来几何保真代价。这里先测试一个轻量无 GT 几何保真门控,只用 mesh 内部统计:水密、boundary/nonmanifold、repair 后面片比例、bbox/area 比例。

结论很直接:这个 proxy 不够。它拒绝了一半 repair,但没有减少 Chamfer 代价,反而降低了水密率和拓扑收益。这是一个重要负结果,因为它说明下一步必须使用输入视角的 silhouette/reprojection consistency,而不能只看 mesh 自身统计。

Gate Rules

  • repair candidate status must be ok
  • repair must be watertight
  • boundary_edges == 0 and nonmanifold_edges == 0
  • 0.12 <= repaired_faces / baseline_faces <= 1.10
  • if available, bbox ratio in [0.75, 1.35]
  • if available, surface-area ratio in [0.55, 1.60]

该设计故意保守:只有 repair 看起来拓扑干净且不过度简化时才接受,否则回到最佳几何候选。
